Cutler Brooklyn is a world renowned salon located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In 2017, they had the opportunity to expand from their cozy location on N. 8th street to a larger space in South Williamsburg on Driggs and Grand. Despite being in a prime corner location with an abundance of foot traffic, sales and conversion rates were low. How could we let the neighborhood know Cutler Brooklyn still existed?

With a combination of grit and utilizing the earlier versions of Instagram, Facebook, and Yelp — we turned profits upside down within one month. Former clients were returning, relieved they were able to find their favorite salon in the neighborhood. New clients were excited to have a salon within walking distance with a stellar reputation. Cutler Brooklyn now has an undeniable presence beyond social media to match the origins of the Cutler brand.
